I’m Mark Mason, a creative director and entrepreneur who builds brands, teams, and digital ventures. Over the past decade I’ve launched and scaled companies that live at the intersection of design, technology, and global talent.

House of MJM is my personal studio and playground. It’s a space where ideas evolve into businesses and creative systems take shape. It brings together the ventures I’ve built, including Aftershock, The Bridge, Latam Hire, and Shellshock, each reflecting a different part of how I approach design, growth, and leadership.

I split my time between Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico and the United States, working with teams and clients across the Americas to create meaningful, scalable, and beautifully designed outcomes.
