The Bridge

The Bridge was a tech and design consultancy operating across the Americas. I came in as a key early collaborator, helping them build out their company in Ecuador and bringing the creative direction and design thinking that shaped how they went to market.

My Contribution

My role sat at the intersection of creative leadership and company building. I helped The Bridge develop their brand, their creative output, and their positioning in the Ecuadorian market. I worked closely with their leadership to establish the visual and strategic identity of the business as it scaled.

What We Did

The Bridge connected design, engineering, and talent across the Americas, serving as a trusted partner for companies navigating distributed, cross-border work. The creative foundation I helped build was central to how the company presented itself and attracted clients.

The Outcome

The Bridge was acquired by North Highland, a global management consulting firm, in late 2024. Being part of the early team that helped shape the company before that exit was a meaningful chapter.
